If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Apk Mod Download Sites service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, you must send a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the specific material).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will also notify the alleged infringer of your claim and our actions.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity on our service within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
